Whose Kingdom

In this powerful message, we're confronted with the stark reality that when it comes to God's kingdom, there's no middle ground. The story of the apostles facing the Sanhedrin in Acts 5 reveals how the gospel demands a response - we're either for God or against Him. Just as the religious leaders were 'cut to the heart' by the apostles' preaching, we too are challenged to examine our own response to the truth of Christ. Are we filled with rage like the Sanhedrin, or do we embrace the message with humility and repentance? This sermon reminds us that sin blinds us to the truth, but the light of the gospel exposes our guilt and offers redemption. As we reflect on our own lives, let's consider: are we truly living for God's kingdom, or are we clinging to our own comfort and power?
